only 4 you was the perfect choice for our stay in cancun. daniel, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the shared bathroom was a small inconvenience, but daniel quickly upgraded us to a private room with a softer bed and a private patio. the lounge and kitchen areas were spacious and clean, and the location downtown was a nice change from the touristy hotel zone.
Communication could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in downtown Cancun. The owner was extremely helpful and gave us clear directions to nearby attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient for exploring the city and only a short walk to a synagogue. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Cancun.

Excellent facilities - big common area, good kitchen, proper swimming pool. Clean rooms with balcony. Wifi worked perfectly. Close to Tulum road and collectivo. Liverpool shopping mall nearby. Cheap taco restaurants 100m away. Airport pickup available. Brand new hotel-like rooms. Walking distance to center and ADO bus station. 5 mins to public bus to Zona Hotelera. Safe area. Good airco and fan. Fast wifi. Quiet and clean, powerful shower. Helpful host. Downtown location. Recommended restaurant. $20 USD airport pickup. Comfortable and clean property. Perfect for short stay in Cancun. Good start to holiday.

We stayed at a comfortable hostel in Cancun for 2 nights before heading to Isla Mujeres. the room had an ensuite and we had full use of the kitchen. It felt more like an Airbnb place with only 2 other rooms on the ground floor. the location was convenient, near a shopping mall, Walmart, restaurants, and the bus stop to the hotel zone/beach. the bed was comfy, aircon and fan worked well, shower was hot, and wifi was fast. Daniel, our host, was helpful and provided guidance. Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Only 4 You for a few nights and it was perfect for my needs. The facilities were excellent, with a spacious common area, clean and well-equipped kitchen, and a refreshing swimming pool. My room on the second floor had a balcony overlooking the pool, and it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The WiFi worked perfectly, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to walk a short distance to catch transportation and explore the area. Additionally, the hotel offers airport pickup, which was a big plus. a fantastic stay!
Would recommend this hotel.
